107T Prior landing notice (1) This regulation applies to the holder of a DF licence who: (a) during a voyage, has taken fish under the licence; or (b) under regulation 107E(2) has notified the Director of an intention to take fish under the licence during a voyage. (2) Between 12 and 24 hours before the vessel used for the voyage is due to land, the holder must notify the Director of the following: (a) the time the vessel is estimated to land; (b) the place the vessel will land;
