107M No fish on vessel at start of voyage (1) The holder of a DF licence must ensure none of the following are on board a vessel when a voyage is started if the holder intends to take fish under the licence from the vessel during the voyage: (a) fish that is intended for sale; (b) more than 100 kg of fish that is not intended for sale (excluding bait).
