107F Permitted fishing gear
The holder of a DF licence must not use fishing gear other than any
of the following, or an item ancillary to any of the following, to take
fish under the licence:
(a) vertical lines;
(b) drop lines;
(c) finfish long-lines;
(d) fish-traps;
(e) cast nets;
(f) restricted bait nets;
(g) scoop nets;
(h) gaffs;
(i) if an approval under regulation 107J applies to the holder –
finfish trawl gear.
