1 In some places, amateur fishing may be prohibited or regulated by other laws in force in the Territory. For example: (a) amateur fishing is prohibited in the Doctors Gully Aquatic Life Reserve – see the Doctors Gully Aquatic Life Reserve Management Plan 1993; and (b) additional restrictions apply to amateur fishing in the East Point Aquatic Life Reserve – see the East Point Aquatic Life Reserve Management Plan 1993.
