sec.59 Using commercial fishing nets to take tailor—Fraser Island (tailor)
A person must not in the Fraser Island (tailor) regulated waters— use a commercial fishing net to take a tailor for trade or commerce; or possess a tailor taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
- (a) use a commercial fishing net to take a tailor for trade or commerce; or
- (b) possess a tailor taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
