sec.57 Possessing or using nets for taking fish in regulated periods
A person must not in the regulated waters— possess a net for taking a fish for trade or commerce in the regulated period for the waters; or use a net to take a fish for trade or commerce in the regulated period for the waters; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
- (a) possess a net for taking a fish for trade or commerce in the regulated period for the waters; or
- (b) use a net to take a fish for trade or commerce in the regulated period for the waters; or
- (c) possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
