sec.49 Possessing or using nets other than scoop nets—Skyringville Creek (downstream)
A recreational fisher must not in the Skyringville Creek (downstream) regulated waters— possess a net, other than a scoop net; or use a net, other than a scoop net, to take a fish; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
- (a) possess a net, other than a scoop net; or
- (b) use a net, other than a scoop net, to take a fish; or
- (c) possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
