sec.48 Possessing or using nets—Hervey Bay (recreational netting) and Rodds Harbour (recreational netting)
This section applies to the following regulated waters— Hervey Bay (recreational netting) Rodds Harbour (recreational netting). A recreational fisher must not in the regulated waters— possess a net; or use a net to take a fish; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
