sec.44 Taking or possessing fin fish—Pine River (north of Weipa)
A recreational fisher must not in the Pine River (north of Weipa)— take a fin fish; or possess a fin fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
- (a) take a fin fish; or
- (b) possess a fin fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
