sec.43 Taking or possessing fin fish in regulated period—Fraser Island (Indian Head–Waddy Point)
A recreational fisher must not in the Fraser Island (Indian Head–Waddy Point) regulated waters— take a fin fish in the regulated period; or possess a fin fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) . For subsection (1) (a) , the regulated period is from 1 August to 29 September. s 43 amd 2019 SL No. 181 s 8 ; 2020 SL No. 236 s 47 (sec.43-ssec.1) A recreational fisher must not in the Fraser Island (Indian Head–Waddy Point) regulated waters— take a fin fish in the regulated period; or possess a fin fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) . (sec.43-ssec.2) For subsection (1) (a) , the regulated period is from 1 August to 29 September.
