sec.40 Possessing or using nets—Burnett River (netting) and Water Park Creek
This section applies to the following regulated waters— Burnett River (netting) Water Park Creek. A person must not in the regulated waters— possess a net; or use a net to take a fish; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) . (sec.40-ssec.1) This section applies to the following regulated waters— Burnett River (netting) Water Park Creek.
