sec.39 Possessing or using fishing lines—Obi Obi Creek
A person must not in the Obi Obi Creek regulated waters— possess a fishing line; or use a fishing line to take a fish; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
- (a) possess a fishing line; or
- (b) use a fishing line to take a fish; or
- (c) possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (b) .
