sec.31 Taking or possessing fish other than fin fish—Fitzroy Island–High Island
A person must not in the Fitzroy Island–High Island regulated waters— take any fish other than a fin fish; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
- (a) take any fish other than a fin fish; or
- (b) possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
