sec.29 Taking or possessing black jewfish—North Cape York
A person must not in the North Cape York regulated waters— take a black jewfish; or possess a black jewfish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) . s 29 sub 2019 SL No. 181 s 10 ; 2020 SL No. 236 s 45
- (a) take a black jewfish; or
- (b) possess a black jewfish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
