sec.28 Taking or possessing Australian bass in regulated period—regulated tidal waters
A person must not— take Australian bass in the regulated tidal waters in the regulated period; or possess Australian bass taken in contravention of paragraph (a) . For subsection (1) (a) , the regulated period is from 1 June to 31 August. (sec.28-ssec.1) A person must not— take Australian bass in the regulated tidal waters in the regulated period; or possess Australian bass taken in contravention of paragraph (a) . (sec.28-ssec.2) For subsection (1) (a) , the regulated period is from 1 June to 31 August.
- (a) take Australian bass in the regulated tidal waters in the regulated period; or
- (b) possess Australian bass taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
