sec.22 Exception for recreational fishing
Despite sections 20 and 21 , a recreational fisher may— take no more than 1 barramundi in a prescribed barramundi waterway within the regulated waters under section 20 or 21 ; or possess a barramundi taken under paragraph (a) . However, subsection (1) applies only if the recreational fisher does not possess the barramundi while taking fish in the regulated waters, other than a prescribed barramundi waterway. (sec.22-ssec.1) Despite sections 20 and 21 , a recreational fisher may— take no more than 1 barramundi in a prescribed barramundi waterway within the regulated waters under section 20 or 21 ; or possess a barramundi taken under paragraph (a) . (sec.22-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) applies only if the recreational fisher does not possess the barramundi while taking fish in the regulated waters, other than a prescribed barramundi waterway.
- (a) take no more than 1 barramundi in a prescribed barramundi waterway within the regulated waters under section 20 or 21 ; or
- (b) possess a barramundi taken under paragraph (a) .
