sec.18 Taking or possessing fish
A person must not in the regulated waters— take any fish; or possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) . See also the Fisheries (General) Regulation 2019 , section 51 in relation to the issue of general purpose permits for the regulated waters mentioned in section 17 (2) . s 18 amd 2019 SL No. 181 s 27 sch 1
- (a) take any fish; or
- (b) possess a fish taken in contravention of paragraph (a) .
