sec.146 Dillies
A recreational fisher may use a dilly only if— the dilly has— a diameter of no more than 125cm; and a mesh size of no more than 25mm; and the dilly is used in compliance with section 150 .
- (a) the dilly has— (i) a diameter of no more than 125cm; and (ii) a mesh size of no more than 25mm; and
- (i) a diameter of no more than 125cm; and
