sec.142 Particular fishing apparatus
A recreational fisher must not use any of the following fishing apparatus— a cast net; a crab pot; a fork; a hand pump; a seine net; a spear; a spear gun.
- (a) a cast net;
- (b) a crab pot;
- (c) a fork;
- (d) a hand pump;
- (e) a seine net;
- (f) a spear;
- (g) a spear gun.
