sec.121 Taking or possessing particular empty mollusc shells
A person may— take an empty mollusc shell, other than an empty helmet shell or trumpet shell, if the person does not take the shell for trade or commerce; or possess a shell taken under paragraph (a) . s 121 amd 2021 SL No. 29 s 13
- (a) take an empty mollusc shell, other than an empty helmet shell or trumpet shell, if the person does not take the shell for trade or commerce; or
- (b) possess a shell taken under paragraph (a) .
