sec.114 Possessing fish regulated by form on transport boat
A person may possess a fish that is regulated by form on a boat if— the boat is being used only for transporting people or vehicles; and the person is a paying passenger on the boat.
- (a) the boat is being used only for transporting people or vehicles; and
- (b) the person is a paying passenger on the boat.
