sec.112 Taking regulated fish under contract for shark control program
A person may— take a regulated fish if the person takes the fish in carrying out a contract entered into by the chief executive for the establishment or management of the shark control program; or possess a fish taken under paragraph (a) .
- (a) take a regulated fish if the person takes the fish in carrying out a contract entered into by the chief executive for the establishment or management of the shark control program; or
- (b) possess a fish taken under paragraph (a) .
