sec.110 Fish regulated outside of regulated waters
Fish taken or possessed in regulated waters in contravention of a regulated waters declaration are regulated fish outside of the regulated waters. A person must not possess the fish. (sec.110-ssec.1) Fish taken or possessed in regulated waters in contravention of a regulated waters declaration are regulated fish outside of the regulated waters. (sec.110-ssec.2) A person must not possess the fish.
