sec.109B Regulated number of spanish mackerel in particular waters
This section applies if— a boat is in tidal waters east of longitude 142º31'49'' east; and there are more than 4 recreational fishers on the boat; and the boat is not taking part in a licensed charter fishing trip. The person in control of the boat must ensure no more than 4 times the recreational limit for spanish mackerel is on the boat. s 109B ins 2025 SL No. 170 s 7 (sec.109B-ssec.1) This section applies if— a boat is in tidal waters east of longitude 142º31'49'' east; and there are more than 4 recreational fishers on the boat; and the boat is not taking part in a licensed charter fishing trip. (sec.109B-ssec.2) The person in control of the boat must ensure no more than 4 times the recreational limit for spanish mackerel is on the boat.
- (a) a boat is in tidal waters east of longitude 142º31'49'' east; and
- (b) there are more than 4 recreational fishers on the boat; and
- (c) the boat is not taking part in a licensed charter fishing trip.
