sec.108 Fish regulated in relation to particular persons
This section applies if column 4 of the table in schedule 2 , part 3 states a particular class of persons for the taking or possession of a species of fish, or a combination of species of fish, stated in column 1 of the table. A fish of the species, or a combination of fish of the species, are regulated fish only if they are taken or possessed by a person of the stated class. Amberjack or samsonfish or a combination of these fish in quantities over 2 are regulated fish only in relation to taking or possession by a recreational fisher. (sec.108-ssec.1) This section applies if column 4 of the table in schedule 2 , part 3 states a particular class of persons for the taking or possession of a species of fish, or a combination of species of fish, stated in column 1 of the table. (sec.108-ssec.2) A fish of the species, or a combination of fish of the species, are regulated fish only if they are taken or possessed by a person of the stated class. Amberjack or samsonfish or a combination of these fish in quantities over 2 are regulated fish only in relation to taking or possession by a recreational fisher.
