73 Firearms, permits for possession and use of powerheads—Act, s 141 (a) (1) A permit may be issued for the acquisition, possession and use of a powerhead if satisfied the applicant’s acquisition, possession or use of the firearm will be for an occupational purpose or for a marine recreational purpose. (2) A permit issued under this section authorises each person named in the permit to use the powerhead in the ordinary course of the person’s occupation.

(b) the period for which it is issued; and (c) the name of each person authorised to possess and use a powerhead under the permit.
