4 Prescribed percentages under section 77C(2)
For the purposes of section 77C(2) of the Act, the prescribed percentage is –
(a) in the case of aviation hull insurance, 14%; and
(b) in the case of marine cargo insurance, 2%; and
(c) in the case of any other class of insurance, 28%.
