- This Reporting Standard applies to all authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs) and registered financial corporations (RFCs) who are granted a guarantee under section 60 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 in relation to the Australian Government SME Recovery Loan Scheme, for lending to businesses that are located or operating in eligible Local Government Areas (LGAs) impacted by the floods in March 2021.[1]
