25 Authority for expenditure
An accountable authority must not draw money from the Public Account except in accordance with –
(a) a Treasurer's expenditure control authority; or
(b) estimated expenditure approved by the Treasurer pursuant to section 17(10) or (11) ; or
(c) any other written law.
