#### 26 Transferring leave entitlements Despite the repeal of Part 11 (which deals with transferring leave entitlements when employees move between Agencies etc.) of these Regulations by the amending regulation, that Part continues to apply after the commencement time in relation to moves that occur before the commencement time.
