#### 24 Commonwealth procurement and Guidelines Despite the repeal of regulations 7, 7A, 7B and 16A (which deal with Commonwealth procurement, and guidelines for Commonwealth grants, cleaning services and fraud) of these Regulations by the amending regulation, regulations 7, 7A, 7B and 16A, and any guidelines that are in force for the purposes of those regulations immediately before the commencement time, continue to apply after that time in relation to any process that is begun before that time.
