sec.9 Performance to be managed in accordance with policy document
A department’s accountable officer or a statutory body must manage the performance of the department or statutory body in accordance with the document called ‘Queensland government performance management framework policy’ prepared by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. A copy of the document is available on the Department of the Premier and Cabinet’s website.
