41Acting Federal Safety Commissioner

#### 41 Acting Federal Safety Commissioner (1) If an SES employee, or acting SES employee, is acting in the position of Federal Safety Commissioner: (a) the employee has and may exercise all the powers, and is to perform all the functions and duties, of the occupier of the position of Federal Safety Commissioner; and (b) this Act, and any other law of the Commonwealth, applies in relation to the employee as if the employee were the occupier of the position of Federal Safety Commissioner. (2) Anything done by or in relation to a person purporting to act in the position of Federal Safety Commissioner is not invalid merely because the occasion to act had not arisen or had ceased.
