#### 104 Certain records and documents are inadmissible The following: (a) any record or document inspected or copied under paragraph 74(1)(e) of which an individual had custody, or to which an individual had access, when it was inspected or copied; (b) any information, document or thing obtained as a direct or indirect consequence of inspecting or copying a record or document described in paragraph (a) of this section; are not admissible in evidence in criminal proceedings against the individual, other than: (c) proceedings for an offence against section 137.1 or 137.2 of the Criminal Code that relates to this Act (false or misleading information or documents); or (d) proceedings for an offence against section 149.1 of the Criminal Code that relates to this Act (obstruction of Commonwealth officials).
