#### 101 Simplified outline of this Chapter For persons who are required by this Act to provide information, Part 2 contains provisions relating to self‑incrimination, protection from liability for providing the information and the admissibility of the information provided. The Part also contains rules to protect the privacy of that information, while allowing its disclosure in certain circumstances. Provisions relating to courts, such as the conferral of power on the Federal Court and appeals from certain State or Territory courts, are dealt with by Part 4. Certain officials under this Act are protected from civil proceedings under Part 5\. That Part also allows the Minister to delegate certain powers, and contains a rule‑making and regulation‑making power.
