#### 88 Enforcement of maintenance agreements (1) A maintenance agreement that has been registered, or is deemed to have been registered, in a court may be enforced as if it were an order of that court. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to maintenance agreements that have been approved under section 87.
