#### 70NDA Court may issue warrant for arrest of alleged offender (1) The court may issue a warrant authorising a person to whom it is addressed to arrest the respondent if: (a) a child‑related order that is a parenting order provides that a child is to live with, spend time with or communicate with a person (the complainant); and (b) the court is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the respondent has contravened the order on any of the grounds mentioned in any of items 1 to 3 of the table in subsection 70NAC(2); and (c) the issue of the warrant is necessary to ensure that the respondent will attend before the court to be dealt with under this Division for the alleged contravention. (2) A warrant stops being in force on the date specified in the warrant (which must be no more than 6 months after the issue of the warrant).
