#### 67G Time limit for institution of proceedings (1) Proceedings under this Subdivision in relation to the birth of a child may be instituted: (a) at any time during the pregnancy of the mother; or (b) after the birth of the child, but not later than 12 months after the birth except by leave of the court. (2) The court must not grant leave under paragraph (1)(b) unless it is satisfied that refusal to grant leave would cause hardship to the applicant, the child or another person.
