78  Application to extend the 30‑day period for protected action   An application under subsection 459(3) of the Act, to extend the 30‑day period during which industrial action by employees must commence in order to be authorised by a protected action ballot, must be accompanied by:  (a) a copy of the protected action ballot order; and  (b) a copy of the declaration of the results of the ballot.
