70  Two or more applications concerning the same or substantially similar conduct  (1) This rule applies if:  (a) 2 or more general protections applications; or  (b) 2 or more unfair dismissal applications; or  (c) 2 or more unlawful termination FWC applications; are lodged at the same time in respect of the same respondent.  (2) The respondent may, despite rules 65, 66, and 68, lodge one response by the respondent in respect of the applications if:  (a) the applications allege the same or substantially similar conduct; and  (b) the substance of the respondent’s response is substantially the same for each application.
