27  Application for the FWC to deal with a dispute about a change in working arrangements  (1) A referral to the FWC under subsection 65B(3) of the Act, of a dispute between an employer and an employee relating to a request under subsection 65(1) of the Act for a change in working arrangements, must be made by application to the FWC.  (a) a copy of the written request; and  (b) if a written response has been given under subsection 65A(1) of the Act at the time of lodging the application—a copy of the written response.
