19  Lodging documents and notifying under rule 35—employers that are partnerships   If an employer is a partnership, an obligation under these Rules for an employer:  (a) to lodge a document; or  (b) to notify under rule 35 employees who are covered by an enterprise agreement; is imposed on each partner, but may be discharged by:  (c) any of the partners; or  (d) an officer or employee of the partnership who is authorised by the partnership to do so.
