sec.86 Offences under Act are summary
An offence against this Act is a summary offence. A proceeding for an offence against this Act must start within the later of the following periods to end— 1 year after the commission of the offence; 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge but within 2 years after the commission of the offence. (sec.86-ssec.1) An offence against this Act is a summary offence.
