sec.102 Action happening before commencement may be relevant to proceeding for particular acts or omissions
An action as mentioned in section 98(1) happening before the commencement may be relevant to a proceeding relating to a contravention of a provision of this Act involving an act or omission that happened after the commencement. This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20C . In this section— contravention includes an alleged contravention.
