SPECIFY that an application for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Business Visitor stream, must be made, for the purposes of item 1, subitem 1236(5) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, at a diplomatic, consular or migration office maintained by or on behalf of the Commonwealth outside Australia; and
-
SPECIFY travel agents listed in Schedule 4 to this Instrument, for the purposes of item 3, subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and
-
SPECIFY that an application for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Approved Destination Status stream must be made at a diplomatic, consular or migration office maintained by or on behalf of the Commonwealth in the People’s Republic of China, for the purposes of item 4, subitem 1236(6).
