SPECIFY travel agents listed in Schedule 4 to this Instrument, for the purposes of item 3, subitem 1236(6) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; and
SPECIFY that an application for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Approved Destination Status stream must be made at a diplomatic, consular or migration office maintained by or on behalf of the Commonwealth in the People’s Republic of China, for the purposes of item 4, subitem 1236(6).

I, JIM WILLIAMS, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for item 1236 of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:

REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 15/043 (F2015L00557), signed on 18 April 2015;
SPECIFY class of applicant for subregulation 2.07(6) of the Regulations and the approved forms for subitem 1236(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations for the following streams:
1. Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa, Tourist Visa Stream – Part A of Schedule 1 to this Instrument;
2. Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa, Sponsored Family Stream – Part B of Schedule 1 to this Instrument;
3. Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa, Business Visitor stream – Part C of Schedule 1 to this Instrument; or
4. Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa, Approved Destination Status stream – Part D of Schedule 1 to this Instrument
SPECIFY that an application for a Subclass 600 (Visitor) visa in the Tourist stream must be made, for the purposes of item 1, subitem 1236(3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:
1. in Australia, if the person is located in Australia; or
2. outside Australia, if the person is located outside of Australia;
