19D Ex gratia payments
[Section 19D Inserted by No. 21 of 2025, s. 9, Applied:27 Nov 2025] If an ex gratia payment has been made by the State to an eligible recipient in respect of an expunged charge or charges, the amount of redress payable to that eligible recipient under this Part in respect of that expunged charge or those charges is to be reduced by the amount of that ex gratia payment.
