9‑27 Period of effect of approval
An approval of an individual, under subsection 281(1) of the Act, to carry out assessments: (a) takes effect on the date stated in the notice given to the individual under section 9‑26 of this instrument; and (b) remains in force for 12 months unless it is revoked earlier under section 9‑29 of this instrument.
