5‑43 Species identification
(1) Prescribed fish or fish products must be, or be derived from, the species of fish they purport to be, or be derived from. (2) To avoid doubt, prescribed fish or fish products (the relevant fish or fish products) are not the species they purport to be, or to be derived from, if fish or fish products derived from another species are substituted wholly or partly for the relevant fish or fish products.
