5‑26 Transport
(1) Prescribed fish and fish products must be transported under temperature controls that ensure that: (a) they are maintained during transportation in accordance with the applicable requirements of this Part; and (b) live fish are maintained in a healthy condition.
Note: See, for example, section 5‑19.
(2) Prescribed fish and fish products must be transported under any other conditions necessary to ensure that their fitness for human consumption is not adversely affected during transport.
